For many mid lifer’s solo adventure may simply be a matter of “Well, I either do it alone or not at all” and could just turn out to be the most amazing personal experience you didn’t even know you needed.

  • Pack plenty of first aid supplies (remember to make sure to pack a water proof first aid kit for water adventures)
